DESIGN NOTES

The Loop Armchair was born from questioning the familiar act of "sitting". In traditional furniture, seating is often confined to the rigid, well-defined rules of ergonomics. We wanted to break that cycle. At the very first stage of the design, our aim was to create a piece that raises a question the moment someone looks at it, a piece that sparks curiosity.

To be honest, the sharp, geometric stance of the Loop Armchair can make you wonder about comfort at first glance. But that is a deliberate visual illusion. The two cylinders that look hard and sculptural are in fact designed to support your body exactly where it needs it.

The transparent, strong presence of the laminated glass on the sides is balanced by the softness and quality of the cylindrical leather seat. The timeless character of treated glass and leather creates more than an armchair: a presence that changes the mood of a room on its own. The Loop Armchair is not only for watching something or drinking coffee; it is for those who want to pause at the edge of design and enjoy the moment.

The optical transparency of the glass lets the human silhouette be seen from outside while seated. The Loop Armchair is not just a seat; it is a form of expression and a manifesto exploring what design can do.
